Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10
1. About the service
MintVCC (the “Service”) is a financial-technology platform that lets you issue and manage virtual Visa and Mastercard cards funded with cryptocurrency. MintVCC is not a bank and does not take deposits. Card issuance, payment processing, and the holding of funds are handled by licensed issuing and payment partners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available to individuals or entities in countries or on lists subject to U.S. (OFAC) or other applicable sanctions.
3. Accounts and tokens
Accounts are identified by a randomly generated account token (mv_…) rather than an email and password. This token is the only key to your account, so you are responsible for keeping it secure. You are responsible for any activity resulting from a lost or shared token, and the Service cannot recover a lost token for you.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, or the purchase of goods or services prohibited by applicable law. The Service monitors for suspicious activity and may decline transactions or suspend or close accounts where necessary to comply with law or partner requirements.
5. Fees
A per-tier top-up fee applies when you add funds. There are no monthly fees to issue, hold, or manage a card. Applicable fees are shown clearly before you confirm and are listed on our Pricing page.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is currently in preparation and is provided “as is,” and availability may vary by country and regulation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintVCC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, network outages, or changes to partner policies.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves and as laws change. We will notify you of material changes within the Service, and your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This document is provided for informational purposes while the service is in preparation and may be updated before general release.
